Pickup
Collect free of charge from our workshop at 124 Manyani East Road, Nairobi. We are open Mon to Fri 8:30 to 18:00, Saturday 9:00 to 15:00. We will message you when your order is ready; please bring your order or job number.
Delivery in Nairobi
Rider delivery anywhere in Nairobi, usually the same or next working day once your order is ready and paid. The rider fee depends on distance and is confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery across Kenya
We send by courier to any town in Kenya, including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret. Most deliveries arrive in 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Courier costs are quoted with your order. We pack every part to travel safely.
Custom work
Custom prints, designs and personalised items are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a part does not match the specification we agreed (wrong size, material, colour or a print defect), tell us within 3 days with photos and we will reprint or repair it, or refund the affected part.
Shop products
- Ready-made shop items can be returned unused and in their original condition within 7 days of delivery or collection, for an exchange or refund of the item price.
- Personalised shop items (with your name, logo or colours) are treated as custom work.
- If an item arrives damaged, send us photos within 3 days and we will replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to the original M-Pesa number or bank account within 7 working days.
